HAAPI Events
📌 Event details are available to HAAPI Members with a password.
🍚 HAAPI Meals are an intentional, safe, and necessary space for us, AAPI adults to gather, eat a meal, and share stories (not status). This space was not created to be exclusive; instead, our members identified the value and need for this affinity space.
🍹 HAAPI Hours are an intentional space for our AAPI adults and their friends, family, and colleagues. This informal gathering is a time to share stories, laughter, and joy over some appetizers, food, and/or drinks.
💗 HAAPI Friends & Family is a fun-filled time for our members to bring their broader village together (friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues of all ages and races/ethnicities). This open gathering is a time for us to meet and create memories with all the people who love, support, and/or work with us.
HAAPI Support
Your donation will support HAAPI programs and our community engagement efforts.
$1 of all HAAPI Morning Coffee purchases will be donated to the HAAPI community.

Easy! All you have to do is complete this new member form and a HAAPI team member will be in touch as soon as possible.

We are a grass-roots, community group. We don’t have any formal requirements beyond your being AAPI, following our community agreements, donating your time to volunteer and/or a financial contribution only if you are able.

HAAPI’s mission is to foster a safe space for connection, belonging, and joy for AAPI persons in the Harrisburg region. However, we have lots of HAAPI Friends & Family events open to our non-AAPI community members. Follow us on Instagram to learn more.

While we love to uplift and support our AAPI businesses, we don’t recommend any specific businesses as that is out of our scope.

Our Instagram handle is @aapihbg and please follow our photo policy: HAAPI social media serves to showcase our activities. To respect all parties, photos must cover minors’ faces (under age 18), receive consent from all subjects, and post after the event has concluded.
